Hi, I'm Nicolle Comarovschi, wife, mom, REALTOR®, community enthusiast, and proud Charlottesville local. I was born and raised in Lima, Peru. I moved to the U.S. in 2018 to start my next chapter in Charlottesville. I fell in love with the Blue Ridge Mountains, the welcoming community, and the charm of this area. My path into real estate grew out of my own home-buying experiences. Feeling unsupported in one purchase and taken advantage of in another taught me how much it matters to have someone you truly trust in your corner. Today, I have the privilege of guiding clients through one of life's biggest milestones, making sure they feel informed, confident, and supported as they begin their next chapter, and helping them discover the same sense of home I found here.
